ROUND 2: New Jersey Nets Vs. Joumana Kidd.

The Divorce battle between Jason Kidd,33 and estranged wife Joumana Kidd 34, is heating up & doesn't seem to be dying down soon!
With the NJ Nets standing their ground, they've begun to say that Joumana in all 9 years of her marriage to their star athlete has been a "major source of nuisance to the Nets and Nets players ". She was nicknamed "5-0" by his teammates because she spied on him & his teammates.

Here are highlights from this very bitter divorce battle:

"Joumana Kidd also threw her weight around the front office, crashing marketing meetings, demanding front-row seats, and pestering management "about things like the players having to clear snow off of their cars," an insider in Kidd's camp said"

"She denies making demands on Nets management or dressing provocatively for opposing players," attorney Gary Newman said.
Noting that Joumana Kidd had yet to say anything "negative" about her husband, Newman added, "Team Kidd should appreciate that they have three young kids who can read and hear what is being said about their mother."

I think this whole thing is working to Jason's advantage (so far) with his team & teammates on this smear campaign which is ultimately damaging the reputation & credibility of his wife. As entertaining as it all of this is to read, it's quite sad. Sounds like he's doing all he can to hold on to his $$$$. Who wouldn't? I dont think that he realizes that his plea of guilt to domestic abuse in 2001 and other DOCUMENTED incidents will count against him in court. Whatever man...Get it together....The marraige is over, you whooped her ass, You can't stand her, sign the check, and let it go! She has 3 of your kids-You'll have to pay EITHER WAY!
