The Star Studded Cast of Dreamgirls (Eddie Murphy, Jamie Fox, Jennifer Hudson, Anika Noni Rose) came out for the Movie's Premiere at Ziegfeld Theater in NYC today. The Movie hits theatres Christmas Day! Jennifer Hudson's (Former American Idol) performance is getting alot of Oscar Buzz! Poor B! Her management is said not too happy with the attention that Jennifer Hudson has garnered in the past few months.
