Eve In Trouble...

Via TMZ: TMZ has learned that rapperista/actress Eve was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after she crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Boulevard.

posted $30,000 bail and was released from Los Angeles County Jail.

Actor Sean Penn came to visit Eve shortly after she was booked. Police sources tell TMZ, "He came to see how Eve was doing." No word yet if Sean and Eve had been out together before her car accident.

Remember The Cowboys painful loss to the Eagles on Christmas Day 23-7? I do!!!!! It also happenned to be the same day Superstar Carrie Underwood performed at the game and was reportedly linked to Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

NBC Sports commentators Al Michaels and John Madden discussed if she was too big a distraction for Romo during the game. The topic was also discussed by NFL analysts on Tuesday night's Sportscenter on ESPN when Tony Romos Underwood, 23, and Romo, 26, were seen hugging and laughing on the field at Texas Stadium on Christmas Day before the Cowboys' game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Well, Romo has confirmed that they were and are indeed dating and were spotted last night celebrating Romo's 27th birthday in Dallas.

Melanie Brown A/K/A Scary Spice graces the cover of OK Magazine this week with her new daughter, whom she claims is the daughter of Actor Eddie Murphy's. This bitter feud has been going on for quite some time with these two with Muphy publicly saying, "That is not my child". Brown delivered the healthy babygirl about 6weeks ago and put Murphy's name on the birth certificate! In the article, she also says her and Murphy were so in love, they got tattoos of each others names on their bodies. We first reported this here:
