NICOLE RITCHIE ISSUES

So word is that Nicole who checked into a "non-rehab" eating disorder treatment center a few days ago was seen frolicking it up at Hyde nightclub in L.A at about 2am-ish when she suddenly passed out. According to witnesses, she was carried out through the back door by her friends to avoid stalkerazzi cameras.

"An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. TMZ does not know if Richie went to the hospital.Before Richie collapsed, we're told she hung out for awhile with Lindsay Lohan inside the club. Lohan had her own bizarre tale early Sunday morning on a street in Hollywood.Late last week, Richie's reps confirmed that the "Simple Life" star entered a treatment facility to determine why she hasn't gained weight. Richie has looked shockingly thin over the last few months.Richie's rep tells TMZ her client was at Hyde for approximately 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed."

She was released on bail shortly after.

Campbell is currently fighting three legal battles with former employees, who all claim the model assaulted them.

She will be on Oprah next week to discuss her recent legal woes.

Moss Confirms Engagement to Doherty
Supermodel Kate Moss confirmed speculation at a London party on Tuesday night that she is to wed her rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty.

The catwalk beauty sparked rumors of marriage when she was photographed wearing an engagement ring in Florence, Italy, last Thursday.

And when the couple attended the Moet and Chandon masked ball in London earlier this week, they confirmed they're going to wed.

Moss said, "We are engaged," while Doherty added, "We are getting married."

Nick Cannon wants you to know that he bought the clothing company PNB Nation.
"We wanted to create an environment that welcomed our special members which showcases the PNB lifestyle," Cannon said in a statement. "This store is truly an extension of the brand and we plan to have a lot of fun with it."
PNB Nation will offer such items as denim with "an urban luxury feel...with old school Hip-Hop design influences." Denim prices range from $250-$1,000. Several PNB designs will be available in limited quantities for the fall/winter 2006 season.
